SUBSCRIPTIONS / FROM ENQUIRY TO ONBOARDING

A clear scope.
A supported start.

Choose TEM, TEL or both. Your institution receives a written scope and itemised quotation before any subscription is activated.

Three ways to begin.

TEM

EduSuite Manage

Admissions, student and staff information, programme setup and selected administration workflows. Fees and billing are included only where configured and accepted for your institution.

TEL

EduSuite Learn

Learning management powered by Moodle. Agree courses, resources, activities, assessments and administrator responsibilities. Course content creation is scoped separately.

TEM + TEL

Administration and learning

A combined scope. The quotation identifies each product and the connections to be configured and tested, including access and grading where selected.

YOUR QUOTATION

Know what each
charge covers.

Recurring subscription

Monthly or annual billing, with currency, applicable taxes, selected modules, active student limit, storage and renewal dates stated in writing. There is no unlimited-use promise.

One-time setup

Institution branding, configuration, agreed data import and launch checks are listed separately. Historic data cleanup, complex migration and custom integrations receive their own scope.

Training

Your quotation states the number, length and format of included administrator sessions. Extra sessions and on-site travel are quoted before work begins.

Support

Included support time, service hours, reporting channels and response arrangements are specified for your institution. Extra assistance and enhancements need a separate agreed charge.

Third-party costs

Domains, SMS, payment processing, paid learning content, AI usage and additional storage are itemised where relevant. No unagreed over-limit charges are applied.

HOW ONBOARDING WORKS

Review first.
Activate when ready.

  1. Send an enquiry or request a demonstration. We confirm the time separately.
  2. Review your institution’s workflows, administrators, scale and selected modules.
  3. Agree the quotation, service order, payment arrangement, data responsibilities and support scope.
  4. Prepare the institution’s environment and configuration; review examples using fictional data.
  5. Complete the selected acceptance checks and training before introducing real records.
  6. Begin with a defined pilot, review costs and support, then agree wider use.

Availability and activation dates follow the agreed readiness checks. A demonstration request does not create a subscription or take payment.

Before you subscribe.

How do payments and renewals work?

Initial subscription invoicing, payment verification and renewals are handled manually. The accepted order records the billing period and approved payment destination. No payment is collected on this website.

What happens if we need more capacity?

We review active student numbers, storage and support use with your administrator. Any revised capacity and charge are agreed before applying a change.

What is agreed about our data?

The service order identifies the institution’s authorised administrator, permitted access, hosting and processing arrangements, recovery checks and exit process. Student information must not be included in sales forms.

Can we use our own identity and terminology?

Yes, institution branding and terminology are agreed during setup. Schools, colleges, universities and training institutions can discuss their needs; specialist progression, credit and transcript requirements need a separate review.

Who do we contact?

Demonstrations and quotations: edusuite@tikatika.org. Support: support@tikatika.org. Billing: billing@tikatika.org. Service hours and response commitments follow your accepted order.
